Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions (DECEMBER 2025)
1. About us
Bitter Boy Apparel (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Belfast-based indie apparel brand. Contact: bitterboyapparel@outlook.com.
2. Using this website
By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our policies (Privacy, Shipping, Refund). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. Products and made-to-order production
Our products are printed on demand. This helps reduce waste, but means:
• Items are produced after you place an order.
• Slight colour variation can occur between screen display and printed product.
• Minor placement variation may occur due to production methods.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but your order will be charged at the price shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely via Wix and/or payment processors.
5. Orders and acceptance
An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud or incorrect pricing/stock errors.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Customs duties and import fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Returns, refunds and replacements
Please see our Refund Policy. In summary:
• We replace/refund items that arrive damaged or misprinted (with evidence provided within the stated timeframe).
• We cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size selection or change-of-mind on made-to-order items.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site (designs, graphics, text, logos, photographs) is owned by Bitter Boy Apparel or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without written permission.
9. User-generated content
If you tag us or submit content (photos, reviews), you grant us permission to share that content for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly ask us not to.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Northern Ireland/United Kingdom, and disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
