Refund Policy
​At Bitter Boy Apparel, every item is made to order. Because we don’t hold inventory and each piece is printed at the time of purchase, our refund and exchange policy is slightly different from a traditional retail store.
1. Damaged or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ll make it right.

Evidence required: A clear photo of the issue and the packaging/shipping label.

Resolution: Once verified, we’ll send a replacement free of charge or refund your original payment method.
2. Sizing and change of mind
Because products are made to order, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or minor colour variations (screens can display colours differently). Please check size information before ordering.
3. Lost or missing packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days after the estimated delivery date. If confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.
4. Incorrect shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
