Welcome to Bitter Boy Apparel. To ensure the highest quality and to reduce waste, every item we sell is made to order specifically for you. We partner with a global production network (Gelato) to print your apparel as close to your location as possible, ensuring a more sustainable and efficient delivery process.

Because each piece is created only once an order is placed, it takes a little extra time to get it to you.

Estimated Delivery: Please allow 5–7 business days from the date of purchase for your order to arrive.

This timeframe includes both the custom production of your item and the transit time to your door.
2. Shipping Rates
We aim to keep our shipping simple and fair.

Standard Shipping: We exclusively offer Standard Shipping to ensure reliable delivery at the best value.

Calculated Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the specific products in your order and their weight. The final shipping total will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.

Free Delivery: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £60.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is printed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This will include a tracking number so you can follow your Bitter Boy gear on its journey to you.
4. Customs & Import Fees

We strive to produce your items in the same country or region you are ordering from. In the rare event that an item must be shipped across an international border to fulfill your order:

5. Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bitter Boy Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing error, please contact us immediately at bitterboyapparel@outlook.com with photos of the issue, and we will make it right.
